Can you explain about the problem more please?
Some questions for you:
1.
When you use the Convert Tool 3.57 and select your video file to convert to a .mtv file, does it convert it and say it's completed successfully? Or does it come up with an error?
2.
Have you tried downloading the
.mtv sample files from our site and put them on the player and does it play the file? If not, then you can also try the .amv sample files from our site instead.
