Well, both models will probably use the same solution board, so their features and operation would be very similar. I guess it's up to you which on you like the look of more I guess.

Video quality is ok. it's not the best because it's only on a 1.5" or 1.8" LCD screen. Also, you have to convert it to an .AMV file as well, so you will loose quality over the original.

I haven't noticed the .AMV videos we have on our download section 'jumping' though. But it might just be me getting used to seeing it too much? It plays fine on the MP3/MP4 player though. But once again, remember it's not a divx movie and the screen is a lot smaller, so don't expect DVD quality playback on it though. If you wanted something much better, you will probably go with a portable media player (PMP) with a much bigger screen size and with DivX and Xvid playback too.
