Thanks for posting.
I was going to suggest you convert it to anothe format as well, but figured it would have been better if you used the original .rm file instead as files generally loose quality after conversions so that was why I didn't suggest it. Also, if you then convert it to .AMV, then it will loose quality again.

RAD Video Tools used to convert video files to other formats. You can download it
here. It's FREEWARE. If you have time, can you try using it to convert and see if that converts it for you fine?
