I don't have any players that can play .SMV so can't help you completely here. I have uploaded the
SMV Convert Tool 2.2 onto our site
here. You might like to try this to see if it works.
Maybe play around with the various settings to get it working correctly? It might be that your player doesn't accept all settings on the SMV Convert Tool.
