i have got mp3 player utility 3.14 and can you please tell me why is the system files not visible in the drive and if i format the system files will be deleated also and how do i load the firmware that i have downloaded and how to remove the *.chk files that are generated in the drive which are not visible and where can i get the latest mp3 utilities software
