Before installing the AMV Convert tool, check to make sure you have
Windows Media Player 10 (or higher) installed as well as
DirectX 9.0 (or higher). If not, you can download it from our website under the [Downloads] --> [Tools] section.

If that doesn't solve your problem, then post an exact error message you're getting when trying to install it and we'll go from there.
