Assuming you have the conversion sortware installed on your pc if you open the vcd in explorer and go to the mpegav folder you should find a large .DAT file if you right click on file and select Start video transform in context menu it will start converting with the AMV conversion tool or open the conversion software and navigate to the file and then convert.
