"Actions" board one of the manufacturers who make the chip/board for the MP3/MP4 players. There is also Sigmatel and Sunplus.
If my memory tells me correctly, I believe Actions was one of the original board manufacturers and Sigmatel copied their board. It's either that or vice versa....(??)
