prasanna, you could try loading it until it is full and then start playing. If you start having problems then this could mean that something is not right with your chip.

The other thing you could do is without actually running the format process, right click on your player in explorer and select format and see if it will let you select FAT if it will only let you select FAT32 this could also mean there is a problem.

Ultimately the only way to be sure is to look at the chip.
