Hello I have a big problem I got a mp4 player from ebay this one

I think thats when everything whent worg well I wen to black screen to somthing that looked like the old menu but it was very had to see anything and then I whent back to black screen and then to a blue screen. Now I have no idea on what to do its a blue screen and I think the players is wroking but I can't seen anything. I when to all the forums in this place any I hade alot of help but now its still now working.
