Has anyone experimented with the Mencoder264 front-end GUI to mencoder.exe as a pre-convertor to AMV convertor 3.68?
It has lots of options (including a direct mencoder parameter field) but I have no idea which ones will ultimately make better, faster, smaller or more playable AMV files. I also haven't found direct (undocumented) mencoder parameters for this program that can change color saturation, brightness or contrast (options I found useful in Pocket DivX Encoder).
