This problem seems to have no actual connection to real disk space I have 52GB free space on C
rive and run 2GB of Ram and on occasions have also had the problem but not on a consistant basis. At the moment the error does not occur however I have no idea why or what I am doing differently other than not using PocketDivxEncoder to pre-convert to .avi.
