lucianoflp, I have uploaded a different firmware upgrade program
DOWNLOAD . Open the folder and run BatchProduct.exe. If your player is not detected press the READ RECORD button. Press the REPLACE FIRMWARE button to load the firmware and then the BEGIN DOWNLOAD button to upload firmware. If the ERASE FLASH button becomes active after you load the firmware use it to erase your chip before uploading the firmware. You may then have to format the player before restoring your backup.
