Also when it did work and I opened the firmware updater in the mp3 utilities I remember it saying Wilson s16 or something like that.
It worked before I tried updating so it should be fixable I'm just an amateur at this computer tech stuff. Please help me!. Thank you in advance.

Pocket_Nano, try right clicking on My Computer and selecting Properties then the Hardware Tab. You should find an entry for driver signing and set to Ignore then you should be able to install the driver. Let me know how you go.
