tadad is correct though, after sales support isn't the best in the world with these mpx players. I guess that's why this site's done so well

I can probably get this for you too as I have contacts with manufacturers. Probably need more information from you about your player though. If you can send me (PM) photos of your player, that would help and I'll see what I can do.
Do bear in mind though, to replace the part, you will probably need to open up the casing yourself and then put it back together again. Should be easy but as a word of warning in case it's 'trickier' than expected and you might end up with a 'spare part' or 'spare screw' extra.....
