I downloaded a theme from the theme section, it said I needed to extract files from RAR. I downloaded "WINRAR" and extracted the files hoping it would turn it into a bin. file. But all it has done is give me a psp. file, many bmp. images and two folders 1.5" and 1.8" How come it didnt convert these to bin. files so I could upload a new theme? The theme I'm trying to use is:
