Try RENAMING the mp3 files to something that makes sense instead of the funny characters. I know my computer has problems opening files with square boxes and funny characters. As soon as I rename it in proper English characters, it opens up fine.

If that doesn't work, then try FORMATTING your player. It might just be corrupt somewhere along the line during the copy to your player.

Just make sure you have a backup of the files you want to keep just in case (ie the good songs that work).

Try that and let me know if that fixes your problem.
