Personally for myself, I just prefer to copy the files from Windows Explorer and then paste them onto the player. I just prefer to keep the music files organised on my computer rather than letting iTunes do it.

I'm not a fan of iTunes. It installs a service that starts up automatically when Windows starts and loads another programme in the background too when you start up Windows as well. It also forces you to install Quicktime as well. Just little things like that.

That's just me really. Sure there's heaps of iTunes fans out there who would say otherwise.
