I agree, ver 4.00 is alittle buggy, best to try ver 3.68 instead.

You can try using PocketDivXEncoder to resize your video to the size you want. It's very easy to you. PocketDivXEncoder can be downloaded under the "Downloads" sectiion on this site as well. It's freeware and requires no installation .
