First thing to do is head over to the
Knowledge Base section of this site (it's on the left hand side main menu bar).
Have a look at this Knowledge Base -

Then this Knowledge Base -

here.
Once you are done, then read this Knowledge Base -
How to: Update the firmware for your MP3/MP4 player from
here.
It is highly recommended that you modify your
OWN FIRMWARE instead of using someone else's as updating an imcompatible firmware on your player will give you a high chance of a 'dead player' (have a look at the "Dead Players" section of our forum to see what I mean).
Editing your OWN FIRMWARE means that once you reload it back onto your player, it will be compatible.
