michigan2005, If you mean the the AdfuUpdate driver if there is not a copy in your Windows folder there should be a copy in C:\Program Files\MP3 Player Utilities \RDiskUpdate\driver folder or wherever you installed the Utilities.

You may also need to right click on My Computer and select Properties>Hardware>Driver signing and select ignore and make this action the system default.

Make sure you also logged in to Windows with Administrive rights and not a limited User Account.

If you are plugging your player into the same USB port as when it was working try another port.
