If you use AMV Convert Tool 3.57, then read this post by tadad:

Convert a file, then go into your C:\Program Files\MP3 Player Utilities 3.57\AMVTools and look for a fle called
transformsetup.ini.
Open up the file using Notepad, then edit the line that says:
VWH=128*96
Change that to the size you want (example:
VWH=160*128 instead).
Try that and let me know if that works.
