Have you tried using VirtualDub (downloadable from
here) to convert your original video to the desired wide screen size firstly before using the AMV Convert Tool? It might actually work out better if you use VirtualDub to convert to the screen size you want it BEFORE using AMV Convert Tool for better video quality.
If you have a 1.8" screen player, than 160 x 120 should give you full screen.
