bb154, Connect your player to your PC. Turn the player on. Windows XP should load the driver automatically. The player should show a USB Connection screen. Open Windows Explorer and as Pocket_Nano has said you should be able to see your player as an extra Drive. you can then open it in Explorer and copy and paste or drag and drop any files and folders you want onto your player.

If your player is still not connecting try another USB port. Failing that your USB cord may be faulty.
