Hey Tadad1, The firmware version is 3.5.37 however this one has all the menus unlocked and all the games unlocked - a total of 4 games and the menu does include the telephone book unlike some other 3.5.37 versions. Also, I do not have the player as yet as I will be receiving it in 2-3 days. I will post more detailed pictures and reviews when it arrives
