Guest, Despite version 4.03 displaying 88k the converted file is only 22k. To be honest I have had no problems with AMV sound quality I find all of my movie conversions to be pretty good. I have seen posts of people having problems with sound on WMV files but I convert all my video to AVI before converting to AMV. As Dansvob pointed out for the price these players are pretty good performers. The other thing you may need to do is buy a better set of headphones as the ones that come with the players are pretty ordinary.

There are players that also play other formats like SMV, MTV, PTA that are supposedly better quality but there file size after conversion can be extremely large and in most cases larger than the original file.

Sorry that you are not getting the results you want, I suggest you download some of the music video samples in the Download section and try them to see if they sound any better than the ones you are converting. This way you will know if the problem is with your conversion of with the player quality.
