Can you give us more details about it?
What version is the firmware? 3.5.35? 3.5.37?
What about a photo of your player?

Also, why do you want a firmware for it? Is your player not working properly?

Also, try looking in the cd that came with your player. Look for any .fw or .bin files in there as they are the firmware files.
