Help me pls!!!

I have problem my iPod is dead after upgrade firmware and i try to do follow Dead recovery guide but i have problem my screen can't open and pc can detect ADFU device and me try to recover it's show " Read or write device information failed! Please exit the program and check if device is connecting!"

Pls help me!!! :cry:
