So I understand,
You say "When i put the player in recovery state i put the firmware and the player start in blue screen" What firmware are you using here?
And then "but in the second step, when i try to put the full firmware, i started the upgrade tool and my player turn off and automatly turn on with this error: "Device switching failed, reconnect device please!"
