Hi i just got my MP4 so i am quite new with it and have several questions.

First of all, i connected my 2gb 1.8 inch MP4 player onto my computer and was ready to copy a .wmv video onto it. However, in the middle of copying an error occurred saying that the program needs to closed. So i closed it and everything. After disconnecting the player, when i turn on my player again.. all my videos that i previously copied was gone! The weird thing is that... even with all my videos gone... the memory size didn't change. The memory was still as if i had those videos on my player still..
is there a way i can get the videos back? or get the memory back? it appears that the player cut down the memory size now.

another thing is does anyone know where i can get a replacement EarPhones for the player? as we all know, the size of the plug is not the standard 3.5mm... its 2.5mm in size?
