If you run the "MP3 Player Disk Tool" (the Mp3 Player Disk Tool comes with the AMV Tools Package) you should have a tab something like this where you can "switch off" the encrypted partition.
Or go to your players SYSTEM SETUP (it may be called something different) and click on ONLINE MODE and set it to "
NORMAL" if its not already set. That should resolve it.
