shell is similar to mine,
menu and he mentioned his firmware was

When I go to the
setup part of my player and ask for the
firmware version option, it displays the following characteristics:
"
ACTS 16D_13 (2005/06/01)
WS-3.2.13 (2005/11/10)" (donīt know which version)
Therefore, I guess they, at least, had the same firmware on "day 0".

...Even so, since we both have the same shell, menu and begining firmware, itīs still possible they have different chips? :roll:
