good stuff.
didn't need all those downloads in the end...your first advice about changing to normal mode was correct .
HOWEVER,on my player once you have moved the setting to normal ,you shouldn't exit straight away.....
after about 7 secs the player AUTOMATICALLY goes back to the menu in setup with Online Mode flashing. I believe this is the indication that the selected normal mode is operational.
My player was connected to the pc at this time and after a minute or so it switches off and then comes back on.
at this point you can use explorer to view the files.
