To get your language back to ENGLISH.
If you can get to SYSTEM/SETUP. Then:
* Press the >> key (or whatever button is your "next" button) TWICE. This should take you to "Languages".
* "English" is the second on that list, so choose that and press the [M] button.

In the future, if you don't want to run into the same problem, use
Firmware Modifier to set the default language of your .bin file to English. You can download it from here:
