I am new on this board and new to clones as well, but from what I've learned so far, it seems that your player memory is full and cannot accept any more files on it until you delete some of the old ones first.
I should also mention that I've read that a lot of suppliers have overstated the capacity of the clones via a software trick. They can misrepresent 512MB player to look like a 2 GB clone...until you try to add more than 512MB of data to it, when it will then reset. Hope you don't have a player like this.
One way to know for sure if yours is like this is to reformat the clone with Windows and see what the total size is afterwards.
