Hi
I'm sorry I wasn't too clear what I meant by trying to get the text to fit the screen. ops:
I wanted the text to fit the screen with minimum or no fragmentation of words which can sometimes be very annoying when reading. i.e. part of the word, sometimes even only single letters appearing on a second line.

Well the best thing I've come across to solving this (so far) is using a program called Text Formatter Plus (a shareware program, maybe there is another (freeware) that would do the same thing). The program changes the line length to a specified length.
There is still some fragmentation but it is easier to read the words now.

You can do something similar in Word but this involves highlighting all the text and then using the indents (the right indent). But I found that this result was lost when you saved the file as a plain txt document. i.e. the formatting is lost.

Sorry if I had anybody confused.
