Another noob here.
First off, I have
this.
It came with a disk with a number of installation options on it and a Flash guide for how to go about installing the software. However, when I try, I get this:

I've checked the MSI.CAB file and sure enough, that file is not there.
I've downloaded this: MP3_Player_Utilities_3.68.msi and this: USB_MP3_player_WIN98_drivers3.rar from your website but I'm still having issues, the MP3 Player Update Tool in particular refuses to work, throwing up these errors:
Baffled!!
And the manual is utter rubbish.
