Nicolas are you in Hong Kong? From which store did you buy this player from? How much did you pay for it (in HKD)?
Go back tell him hes a cheat, make a lot of noise and get your money back and don't get another player from that guy.
I would recommend you buy from Wan Chai stores, they are reazonable priced and are of good quality.
