So when you press and hold down on the [Vol +] or [Vol -] button, either of them doesn't work at all during FM radio listening?
It's just ONE level volume during FM playback is that right?
Can you try the following please?
1. Try various different channels as well.
2. Try a different set of earphones just in case also.
