antoonioo, so it is currently working again? If so, format with the Disk Tool that came with the MP3 Utilities, and under the Partition & Encrypt tab, set the slider to minimum (left) side. And format your player again.

But it seems like your player is probably a hacked 128MB player. After you revived your player, and everything is re-installed back, most probably the software hack was removed on the memory chip during the process.

To find out, you will need to open your player and check the memory chip's numbers. The memory chip would be the biggest chip on the board.
