Sorry I do not fully understand your post. If you have tried to upgrade your firmware and have loaded a firmware from the internet and it has left your player with a white screen then it is most likely not suited to your player. If you have loaded your original formware then as "lattesurf" has pointed out this may be a hardware issue. I have a player similar to yours and a full version of it's firmware is on site
