Default dead players

Hey guys.

First of all i'd like to apologize in case this isn't the first time a guy had this problem. However, it looks like i don't have the same problem like the other "blue screen" thread

This is my problem:
last week I got my mp4-player second hand. here it is: http://skater88471.sk.funpic.de/mp4-player%202GB.jpg . it was alright, but I decided to upgrade it, and I think that was exactly the bad thing about it of course i did NOT backup my firmware, but whatever  and what happened? of course my player didn't work anymore. the only thing it shows is a blue screen, nothing else. I still can add or delete folders and mp3 files on the portable device, but can't hear it on the player
This is how far everything looks similar to other thrad BUT... when I download at least a thousand  different firmwares and tried to upload 'em on the player, but it didn't work, BECAUSE the freaking program I'm using says something like " win32hdll.dll wasn't found". I just don't know what that means. Tried the program on different computers, deleted it, installed it again. doesn't work at all. so I tried another program, well, I think its basicly the same, but a newer version. but even that one can't apparently handle my problem.

I don't know how to help myself. I'd be happy if someone could tell me what to do or you to solve this problem.

Thanks a lot in advance,

Fabes
