there are some other serials chips by Hynix:
HY27UFO81G2M (1GigaBit) = 128MB
HY27USO8281A (1GigaBit) = 128MB
HY27USO8561A (2GigaBit) = 256MB
HY27USO8121A (4GigaBit) = 512MB
HY27UFO81G2A (8GigaBit) = 1GB
HY27UFO61G2A (8GigaBit) = 1GB
