Default Error upgrading firmware

i have 3.5.37 fw of wilson and co.
1.5 " 1gb player...

i had backed up my firmware and updated with another one...
however the upgrading proved a failure and my player became DEAD..
after recovering my dead player i tried to upgrade it with the orignal firmware but it is showing UNKNOWN FLASH ERROR...

plz help...
