I had the same probleme with my player, so keep on trying firmwares v 3.5.37 as it was in ya player till ya get the compatible one, or browse

then when ya see a picture of a similar player send that picture poster member a PM asking him to send ya a copy of his firmware!
have ya opened ya player? , if ya did its better to put some information about its chips numbers and its elmectronic board too!
