kalak, Version 4.0 is the only version that will allow you to convert to 160x120 and rotate. For rotate you have to edit the AmvTransform.ini and set BMPADJUST=4. The only problem with version 4.0 is you can not adjust the frame rate so if your player does not handle a high frame rate of 16fps you will get format errors.
It is sometimes possible to overcome this by pre-processing your video and setting the frame rate to match your AMV conversion in this case 16fps. Then convert to AMV at high setting.
To use VirtualDub to adjust the frame rate select Video>Framr rate from the menu bar and set like this
