hello people, I would like to get some idea from those who have bought the hacked players from ebay and tried to get refunded/ changed from the seller. both successfully claimed and failed to claim.

I have the same problem now but I dont know whethre I should just deal with the seller first then only file a report with ebay (or don't report) or file a report with eBay then deal with the seller. Can you guys who have this experience suggest what's the best way to deal with it? Thanks!
