Hi Samruti,
The way I confirmed the size of my MP3 player was to follow some suggestions on here.
The first thing I did was to upload as much data as I could to utilise the 4GB capacity. I found however that after around the 1GB mark everything was corrupted and unreadable.
I then used the MP3 utility and turned off the disk encyption by sliding the slider all the way to the left.
I found that this made the drive 1GB which is its real capacity.
I have since lodged a claim with Paypal.
I will only be happy with either a full refund or a replacement 4GB unit as that was my intended purchase. I wont be happy with a partial refund.
