I just recieved one of these

Its a great little gizmo easy to use (so far) but didn't come with instructions(seller is going to email them to me), i just wanted to know more about it, the IDALL site doesn't list it, web searches are coming up nothing. does anyone here have one?
where can i get updated firmware(if and when there is any)?
can i get more games for it(it comes with 4 preloaded ones)
what size do pictures need to be to fit on it(or does it resize any size)?
what are the best video settings for it?
any help greatly appriciated!
