I have bought an ipod nano clone(see viedeo(33sek))

i used it 2 days and suddenly i cant turn it on anymore
if i turn it on the screen stay black and i cant hear nothing but then if i connect the nano with my pc i get the massage: new hardware found
but the driver on does work but later @ the instalation the setup say:
or something like that and it canchels...
plz help me
